Preconstruction & Estimating
Smart decisions start early. We develop realistic budgets, phasing strategies, constructability reviews, bid packages, and value-engineering options using strong subcontractor and supplier relationships.
General Contracting
Operating under a Class A contractor license (CBC), MaxiMilan Contracting manages projects from preconstruction and permitting through procurement, field execution, commissioning, and final closeout.
Our leadership has extensive experience managing complex projects for large national and regional general contractors. We bring proven construction-management systems, hands-on field knowledge, and strong relationships with qualified subcontractors and suppliers. These relationships support competitive pricing, dependable performance, effective coordination, and access to experienced trade partners.
We can structure our services and contracts around the project’s scope, risk profile, and the Owner’s objectives. Available delivery and contracting methods include:

Interior unit renovations, occupied-community work, amenity and clubhouse improvements, exterior restoration, building-envelope and roofing projects, and ongoing property repairs with careful phasing.
Design-Build Collaboration
MaxiMilan’s leadership has experience delivering design-build projects in which design and construction are managed through one coordinated contract. Working with our trusted architectural and engineering partners, we can provide clients with an integrated team and a single point of responsibility from initial design through construction and closeout.
Bringing the Owner, designers, builder, key subcontractors, and suppliers together early improves constructability, simplifies communication, accelerates decision-making and procurement, and reduces coordination gaps between the drawings and field conditions. This collaborative approach can help shorten the overall project schedule, control costs, and reduce the Owner’s administrative burden.
Our leadership also has experience with Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) delivery principles and industry practices, supporting a disciplined and collaborative approach to design-build project delivery.
