About MaxiMilan Contracting LLC

Established in 2012, MaxiMilan Contracting LLC holds a Class A contractor license (CBC) and provides general contracting, preconstruction, construction management, Owner’s Representation, and multifamily renovation services across Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and the surrounding region.

Led by experienced construction executives, our team brings more than 17 years of industry leadership and experience delivering more than 3,000 multifamily units across 17+ ground-up projects. Our background also includes office, tenant-improvement, renovation, site, senior-living, mixed-use, and government work.

Our leadership experience includes roles with Balfour Beatty, Greystar, and Bonaventure, giving clients the perspective of both a builder and an owner/developer. Matin Kheyrani holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from George Mason University, including a graduate concentration in Construction Project Management. Joel Roberts holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.

We provide practical, end-to-end support from early budgeting and constructability review through subcontractor buyout, permitting, schedule and cost control, field execution, quality management, and final closeout. Each engagement is tailored to the client, the asset, and the realities of the work.
