Serving as Owner's Representative for Bonaventure Development on a 344-unit multifamily community. MaxiMilan provides independent oversight of construction progress, schedule, budget, quality, contractor performance, reporting, risk management, and project closeout.
Cedar Broad Tenant Improvement
General Contracting

Interior tenant improvement converting an existing amenity area into new office space. The work includes selective demolition, light-gauge metal framing, MEP coordination, doors and hardware, ceilings, interior finishes, inspections, and final closeout.

Multifamily Renovations & Restoration
Richmond, Virginia | In Progress
Apartment-unit, clubhouse, and site renovations performed for Bonaventure in coordination with Landmark Property Management. The work is carefully phased to maintain quality and safety while minimizing disruption within the occupied community.
Arbor Grove Apartments
Exterior Improvements & Clubhouse Preconstruction
Stafford, Virginia | In Progress
Exterior improvements include refreshed paint finishes for the apartment and townhome façades. MaxiMilan is also working with the Owner on additional exterior improvements and is leading preconstruction and permitting for a new clubhouse addition, which MaxiMilan will construct as the general contractor.
Upcoming Work
Preconstruction, budgeting, and constructability planning are underway for additional clubhouse, tenant-improvement, multifamily-renovation, building-envelope, and site-improvement opportunities throughout Virginia. Additional projects will be announced as contracts and schedules are finalized.
MaxiMilan is also working closely with its construction partner, Roberts Builders Group, on additional construction and general-contracting opportunities currently in development.
